7-Day Return Window

We stand by the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing items in order

Not Eligible

  • Opened or used soap bars (hygiene reasons)
  • Change of mind
  • Products without original packaging

How to Return

  • Initiate Request: Email us with your order number and photos of the product.
  • Approval: Our team will review and approve within 24-48 hours.
  • Pickup: A reverse pickup will be arranged from your address.
  • Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect and process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For COD, a bank transfer link will be provided.

Exchange options are also available if you prefer a replacement.
